If the products can't satisfy your choice you can return it but we are very sorry to accept goods if there appears any signs of wear/tear. We also request to return all the purchases with their original receipt that we provide at the time of purchasing.

CARING FOR

With proper care and handling our Cashmere products can maintain it's look and increase in it's softness for long time. One shouldn't brush our cashmere to make it soft. Brushing makes it feel thicker and softer but leads to balling up (pilling) and wears out easily. Also it's good ideas not to have dry-cleaned. To keep our products intact for long, use hand wash in cold water with a low pH shampoo or use pure castille soap.

To dry, press out the excess water and hang over a curtain rod or lay on a flat surface. When dry, cover with a sheet of newspaper and press with a hot iron.

ABOUT THE SHIPPING

We ship all orders via internationally well-known courier i.e. DHL, UPS etc. The courier orders arrive to the destinations within maximum 1 week. We ensure that your purchase arrives on time and in intact quality. Each package is insured for full value.

GOODS RETURN POLICY

We do not hesitate to accept returns unworn purchases within 15 days of purchase date which can be found on the receipt in every order we ship. Goods should be in their original packaging with our original sales tag attached without which we don't accept any returns. After receiving the returns, for new color choice and/or style we can communicate in email and confirm for necessary process.
